Terms of Service for Availing Spa & Grooming Services
- Specific Area Haircuts: Haircuts for specific areas such as the face, paws, abdomen, or anal region are charged separately at ₹400 per area.
- Use of Personal Shampoo: If you wish to use your own medicated shampoo (e.g., Epi-Soothe, Seledruff, Pet KC 24, etc.), please select the Medicated Bath option, as these shampoos are intended for skin-related conditions. The same applies to Tick Baths. For all other cases, please choose the Normal Bath option.
- Discount for Own Shampoo: A 10% discount on the listed bath price is applicable when using your own shampoo. This will be provided as cashback at the time of billing. Kindly remember to collect your shampoo after the service.
- Swimming Sessions: Each swimming session lasts for 15 minutes. A 20% combo discount is available when a swimming session is combined with any bath service.
- Tick Infestation Policy: If your pet is found to be infested with ticks, the bath or haircut service will be provided only after the tick treatment has been completed. Please inform our staff in advance.
- Additional Services:
Warm water can be provided upon request at an additional charge of ₹100.
Nail filing service is also available for an additional ₹100.
